CCISD BERYL UPDATE #1:
As our community continues to monitor the tropics, we thank our Facilities and Maintenance team, who has been working since mid-week to help prepare district properties for the storm.
Upon reviewing the most recent forecast, CCISD is canceling summer school classes for Monday, July 8. Unless otherwise notified by their supervisor, summer-schedule employees do not need to report to work on Monday, and all buildings will be closed.
Please finalize your safety plan, be weather aware, and follow the guidance of local officials. Additional updates will be shared via School Messenger, the district’s website, official district social media accounts, and local media outlets.

We’re so excited for field day tomorrow! Our friends from Kona Ice will also be joining us (10am-2pm) offering some tasty cool down options priced $3-$6.
Remember that the best way to have fun is to be safe while doing it:
✅comfortable and appropriate clothing/shoes
✅sunscreen
✅staying hydrated
✅don’t overdo yourself. Taking breaks is always smart!

The list below covers all awards that will be given to during ceremonies. A reminder that not every student is receiving an award, but all are welcomed to show support for their loved ones. (Only 2 citizenship awards will be awarded per classroom). Visitor stickers will be given to each person in attendance. Thank you!
